Joseph Pilates was a revolutionary thinker in terms of movement and fitness. He understood that our emotional and physical wellbeing are intricately connected.
Pilates at Frangipani is all about finding that balance. A perfect equilibrium between body and mind, using our breath as an integral tool to find that balance.
Pilates focuses on stability with movement, promoting a strong core, toned muscles and increased flexibility.
We offer tailored individual classes as well as mat and machine group classes.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that has developed into many different styles over thousands of years. Western medicine now understands the benefits of Yoga, allowing students to gain strength, focus and flexibility. Pranayama, focused breathing, is believed to release the body’s ‘life energies’ and is an integral part of yogic practice.

Throughout the year practitioners, educators and specialists run workshops to provoke thought, inspire and enrich your mind and body. Beginning with an enlightening series on women´s health and the journey through menopause.
