Here, at Frangipani we focus on the whole. The beautiful interconnection between your mind, body and soul. We believe mindful movement is the key to a happy life. To honour that we offer pilates, yoga, qigong and functional training sessions. Along side physical movement, we host amazing therapists offering a wide range of alternative treatments tailored just to you.
